Not sure if you remember, but I had a go at tinting my rear lights to see how well that spray works.

Well, I took them back off to see if could get them shinier. It's hard to see in these shots but hopefully you can see the difference (hell! it took me longer to get decentish shots than it did to actually shine the lights!)

Whaddya think? Reckon I'll get away with those reflectors now?

They've come out really well, I reckon you'll be fine with the reflectors now :)

Get us some pics of them on the car!

I tried polish and it came out crap. In the end I used Peak metal polish just to take the edge off the paint. Don't worry its says it's excellent for plastics on the packaging :)

The polishing took me about an hour on and off.

God I'm knackered. Just put my new 99p parcel shelf in and fitted the speakers. :D Getting that seat back in was damned hard work!

The car's had a quick wash but it's too hot to wax it today. That'll have to wait (before anyone comments on how dull it's looking  )

Yes, the wheels covers are crap but at least they're cleaner than they were.

Shot1. Just a general overview.

Shot2. Turned the flash on the camera to see how well the reflectors work. Although it's very bright outside so I'll try it later when it gets dark. Looks ok though.

Must get a new number plate

Actually, I did run the car without covers on the wheels. It just made it look like a right junker (IMHO) :/

Yeah they look a lot better, I reckon you'll get away with the reflectors no probs.

Do the indicators flash a proper orange?

The lights seem barely effect by the tint although it is very dark (almost black but, in fact, a very dark red).

No flash used in these shots.

I'll try to get a brake shot tomorrow.

If the first pic's of the tail lights the brakes'll be fine as they're double the brightness.

The indicators look fine too, seems they generally turned out well :thumb:
