Hi guys, pretty new here and am slot working my way through my list of jobs.

The next one is the aerial. I have an 89 316i coupe - and I believe the aerial is manual - it has no box in the rear wing.

If this is the case, can I easily retrofit an electrical one, or is it not worth the hassle?

Thanks!

I fitted one of these to my 325i cabby

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-3-Serie-E ... 1040370805

according to the item list, it will fit your car, pretty easy to install, and the guys at car masts uk actually know a thing or two about this product, well made, just needs power and a trigger signal from your radio.

Paul :-)

Click on 'wiki' underneath 'tech help' on our forum index page, then click on 'retrofit guides', and you will find the BMW dealer instructions for fitting an electric aerial.
