Perforated or not, for center of the seat?

Hello,

Finally, I get good company that sell high quality leather but the price is not too high, I use monza and dakota from autoleder that made in germany.

But still confuse about use perforated on the center of the seat or not? I'm afraid if the food and dust will stick to it and difficult to clean.

any experience from member here? and does perforated give any cooling advantage to the back of the seat?
