Bought a bmw hardtop today. So I'll deliver it to bodyshop guy later in the week to strip and spray the same colour as the car. I think that if they are still available I will replace all the rubber seals along the front and side. Has anyone got experience of this ? Thanks.

Your garage queen getting a new "Wig"
Seals are expensive, stripping it is the hard part as it's alot of man hors to get all the adhesive off and flatting it.

Hi Rav, thankfully I negotiated a good price with a well established body shop in dublin. I'm in no rush so he will do it between other jobs. I expect the seals to be expensive but I feel while its stripped down it worth replacing all those bits. I cant get over the difference in driving the car with a hardtop from a noise point of view.
