Hi all. Im close to buying a tech 2 kit for my 325. Thank god. But a friend of mine told me they don't fit pre facelift cars. I argued but now I'm curious as Im not 100% sure they do.

Is it possible to successfully fit a tech 2 to a pre facelift car or are modifications necessary. If so what are they, how difficult and how much do you reckon a bodyshop would charge?

My e30 is a 2 door chromie 87

thanks

your friend is right!
