i know that there was an earlier thread similar, but what can i do to restore the scuffs that are on the black plactic on the bumpers on my cab?
Im talking about those little parking scuffs on the corners.
It really bothers me, especially after a good car wash!
cheers guys.

In that case then, i'm sure you will have to sand and paint the inserts to get them good again.

I replaced mine, cost about Ԛ£25 a corner

wat type of paint did you use? What kinda of prep did you do other than sanding and would you reccomend taking the bumpers off the car?

I replaced mine, didn't bother repairing them...

I'm sure Halfords do a black plastic paint.

If you do decide to take the inserts out, then i can guarantee you will break off some of the retainng clips... if this does happen then i guess you could put a good few dabs of silicon behind the trim and it will hold them back in place.

replace em, painting plastic is difficult without the correct type of paint (witha plasticiser in it to make it flexible) and as said you will damage the clips getting it off compounding the problem.
