hi there guys,

i'm on the verge of getting a 325 sport...
and am looking at getting new front
seats... have any of you guys fitted
buckets which tilt fwd for passengers?

Also, i'm after the ol skool BTCC look
and thinking of that style of wheel...
can you help me out with sugestions?

I think Recaro SRD's look the best in e30's.

Though they are discontinued, I think the new ones are called Speeds.

BMW Vader seats from an e36 fit too but they're a bit wider.

love the vaders!!! i think for btcc style wheels i'd go for tsw hockenhiems or bbs's but then each to there own.... :D

A kiwi friend of mine is in the process of manufacturing ultra high quality replicas of the first samples of the old school BBS splits as fitted to early works cars. They won't have magnesium centers but will use a high grade forged alloy. At the moment I they are to be 5 stud, however the method of manufacture means they can be made to most common pcd dimensions and for 4 or 5 stud fitments.

I'd be happy to hook you up with him directly if you should happen to be interested, or anyone else for that matter. I don't think they will be particularly cheap, but this is a fairly niche market allowing folks to achieve an authentic look for the road and/or track day or for racing historics etc.

They do go with a bit of fiddling about,a chap i know has fitted the front AND rear e34 seats to his 2 door e30!
