Crank balancing in North West

I am going to rebuild my 1.8L M10 to 2L with the help of a 2002 crank and pistons. It will be in my e21 track car, but will have an e30 318i head and S14 throttle bodies/injection fired up by megasquirt/edis.

I want to get things balanced before assembling it all, no point spending money and time building it, only to find it makes crunching noises when it starts up. Can anyone recommend a machine shop that I can use? Might also bore out a bit, so a shop that can do a rebore as well would be interesting.
