After a lot of searching for a good 'un, I picked this up at the weekend:

Genuine 328i Sport
46k on replaced non-nikasil engine

Going to be mating with the Getrag 240 currently in the car.

Plans are for a 300mm brake upgrade, AAS custom exhaust, M50 runners eventually, BBTB and a full remap to suit.

Anyone got a 316i badge they don't want? :D

Nah, thought I'd leave it all smashed up in my garage.

Yup... Should hopefully be pulling it out this weekend, then waiting for a runaround so I can take the iS off the road.

eBay auction finished at £1242, and don't call me gay! ;)

Had a silly bid in to make sure I won, didn't actually pay that much, although it's close now I've transported it home...

S'all good.. Lemme know if you're selling the diff (a friend has a 323i E36 and is after an LSD for it) though it looks like it's been bagsied (by Tim).

Are you already 24v or is this the basis for a full conversion?

BTW: Is the prop in good condition?

I'm 16v currently. :)

LSD was bagged telepathically by Tim as soon as I thought of buying it!

Prop is fine as far as I'm aware. Yours for a nominal fee.

Cool man.. I'm told they can be used on the conversion I'm doing with a swift change of the centre bearing. That'll sort me right out!

PM me with the details mate.
