has anybody tried a e36 rad on there m30 conversion?

no i havent but my daily driver is a e36 328i sport if you need dimensions i can measure it up.
Im using e34 535i rad engine in position 3.
I read recently that the aircon fan and wiring is a good candidate for the conversion.

on the e30.de site it says about the e36 rad fits well. il prob stick with the e34 rad just to be safe

e36 rads fit straight in if you change the mount on the n/s for an o/s one (little plastic mount on the side of the chassis leg) looks nice and factory too.
cant remember how the e34 one mounts so cant comment on that.

would the e36 rad be ok with it haveing built in tank? cheers bout linkage mate
