problem with megasquirt HELP

Hi guys got my turbo 2.5 running on m/s
and i have a fooking nightmare in the morning starting the car
been down to ants he was the one who fitted it up and im trying to do sum tweeking.(very helpful guy)
but i was just wondering if any one else has had this sort of problem.

basicly what happens.....

i jump into the car in the morning and flick the ignition on.
wait 32 seconds for the wideband to warm up.
start it
it will run on 3/4 cyinders for 3 seconds then die
crank it
crank it
crank it
crank it
then fire up run oln 3/4 sec then die
crank it
play with the throttle while cranking
cranking
cranking
then catches and it idles really rough, i go to rev and cuts out
i start it again and it catches but i have to hold the revs .
if i let go it cuts out, so i have to hold it reved up for about 3/4 minutes
then fine.

now something else happens but dont know if its linked
but once engine is warmed up and its all kool
if i turn it off for lets say a minute and i go to start it it runs really rough and i have to rev it a bit to clear then fine up untill i turn it off.

i know its a bit hard to explain.

im in the process of tweeking it with ant
but i was just wondering if any1 had this problem or similar.
