Ok, so I've been toying with this idea for a while now and recently decided to take the plunge and just go for it.

Instead of going the twin weber route with my m10, I was having a scour round good ol ebay and came across these
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=012

Which I bought and the fuel pump off the same bike also.

Now, what I need to find out is, how do I work out what the jet size should be for the 1.8 M10. From what I've read, a 2.0 Vaux XE would be 1.8mm and a 1.6 vaux engine would be 1.65mm. So working on the rule of split the difference...1.72mm would be the size to go for.

Has anyone on here used Bike carbs before and can offer any advice??

I am either going to try and make my own inlet manifold to keep costs down and to get experience

they are CV type carbs so more akin to an SU in operation than webers dude.

Plenty of jets available, only dynojet though, OE are impossible to get in the UK

FYI they're 10 miles from my house
