A thread many months ago lead me to suspect that I'd possibly fitted M10 bolts in 12mm holes on the gearbox output of my M50 converted E30 touring.
Finally got around to checking today, and, sure enough, I have a standard E30 325 driveshaft and guibo, all with 10mm bolts, bolted up to a gearbox output flange which has 12mm holes.
Been like it before the current version of the zone came into existence, or I discovered it, so I'm not going to panic, but what's the best solution
Drill the drive shaft flange holes out a couple of mm and use all 12mm bolts with a matching guibo?
Tubular spacers in the gearbox output shaft to sleeve the holes down to 10mm?
Tubular spacers in a 12mm guibo and use 12mm bolts to the drive shaft and 10mm bolts to the gearbox?
Guibo/drive flange mismatch

Brian,
I think I would enlarge the holes on the propshaft, and use a 12mm guibo and bolts.
Ian.
