Hi all, I noticed that most 335s are made from 320s/325s. I will be (hopefully) making mine from a 318i. Will I need to uprate the prop/driveshafts and/or diff from the small casing to big casing? If so then will I need a different subframe or are the top mounting holes the same? I have a big casing 4.1 diff from an e28 520i that I can use but not sure if it will bolt onto the subframe right (I already know I'd need a big casing e30 cover plate and suitable drive flanges).

Any help would be cool. I'm thinking perhaps...

Using my entire e28 prop and diff, using 325 cover plate, and then what driveshafts?

All gets a bit confusing as I know everything about my e28 but didn't have much of a look under my e30 before I sold it (and am now buying it back  ).

Cheers for any advice.

51mm struts are a good idea, they come off tourings/IS's/325s/ Abs equipped cars.

318i ones are 45mm.

dont know if there is a difference but i want to put the rear discs on so it all is going on.
