can anyone describe to me where to take the oil feed for a turbo from on the 325? or even better, a picture!?

Take it from the oil pressure ( 
) switch under the exhaust manifold. Insert a T-piece, add sensor and feed and your sorted.
Try searching for pics in this forum as there are a few and some diagrams.

I think he means the Oil Pressure switch...........under the exhaust manifold, near the oil filter.....

yes i do mean that, just wanted to know what one looked like so i knew where to look, but from the description of where it is think i can find it now!
