is there a complete guide to this engine swap?

hey peeps just signed up here, nice foroum and alot for me to read through, but just a quick question, iv got a 535i and im looking to fit the engine into the 3 series is there a step by step guide anywhere on here with a list of parts i would have to buy to do the swop..
