What do you expect it's a 2.5 turbo!!!

Although I think it should be a little bit higher.

Erel,

Having picked up on how you drive, ( good lad :D ) be happy with Ԛ£20 for 80 miles, you wait till you turn the boost up to nearer a bar..... I did Ԛ£20 in 30 miles!

This is one of the parts of the conversion you have to suck up and just live with, power is always gonna cost somehow but off boost long runs should see good returns.

Ant made it too my house & back ( 180 miles ) on a 1/4 of a tank so it's poss to get really good returns, but never while on boost or while racing everything in sight :D ( I know you do cos I did just to see how fast it really was back in the day, not Audi RS4 fast tho....hence the big turbo winkeye )

HTH, Mark.

Ha ha.. cheers for that Mark... you have picked up or been informed well on the way i drive!!!!! i tend to do 1 minute of sensible off boost driving, and the other 5mins on boost ....!! only to check and make sure everything is still there (u know what i mean)?. i suppose haveing a ferrari would do same fuel consumption? :D

whoosh-dump whoosh-dump

all that "wasted" boost, is wasted fuel dude :thumb:

given the driving style and location, very not bad I'd say 8)

wait til the 42# go in, and the boost goes up a tad

Oh yeah, fozzy is spot on, I used 1/4 tank on that trip, slow on the way up, 100+ most of the A14/A12 on the way back. 41 minutes door to door coming home winkeye

Crikey, I ran Brown up to the midlands over summer on a combination of A roads, B roads and motorways (and randomly saw a mate of mine in his Corrado on the way too, so had to show him how slow his car is).....had a fuel leak and still managed to get 28mpg! :D
