Im at that stage of my second M50'd E30 where i got to get a prop, but before i do i heard that some people on here are running the full E36 running gear, gearbox prop and diff, is this true and can it be done? I have the M50 gearbox on mine at the moment, so would be ideal if i could get a 3.07 E36 diff on there as well. I would like the gearing longer on this E30 so think 3.07 would be ideal. Thanks for any advise.

You would have to seriously modify the rear beam to fit the E36 diff, apparantley the internals of some E36 diffs can be rebuilt into E30 casings and vise versa.
