turbo choice?

does everyone rekon a satge 1 t3 off a cossie would suffice for a 2.5 turbo, or does anyone think that is a bit small?????

works fine on my car dude 
get the turbine blades cut back to improve flow over 6 psi, otherwise should be fine up to a bar, intake temps creeping up are a sure sign of a turbo thats boosting too high.
dont forget the 6 cyl has 2 extra pulses so it will spool V early, 1.8K ish, fully boosting around 2.4-6 K
the extra 500cc works against you a little, but as a starter setup, its the obvious choice IMHO
