Hi guys, doing another M50 conversion after finishing my black one a little while back and now selling to my step bro. This time round i have a 316i as my base car, and was wondering if i would have to change the fuel pump for a 325i item? Or are all the pumps the same and just regulated by the FPR on the end of the injector rail? On my black one I did that was a 318i and i never changed the pump and didn't seem to get any issues with it, thats why im asking. Any advise or help would be great! Thanks.

my standard pump handled my conversion up to 15psi of boost and only started to struggle when i upped it to the current 17psi.an escort cosworth motorsport pump is a direct swap and is rated to 500bhp.its also cheaper than a standard replacement e30 pump winkeye
