i work just round the coner from a plastic mould makers who have various cutting machines how are gonna skim my head as it only bout 20 30 quid 2 me im slowly trying 2 make my 2.7 lump is the any more things i could do 2 boost the performance of the head b4 it goes back on increasing anything ect

Definately worth putting 325i valves in and getting the port throats cut out to match, I've done this on 2 of my 2.7 conversions and it makes a hell of a difference.
Figure on about Ԛ£200 for the machining work.
Couple this with a zone 2.7 chip and a decent cam (272 degrees or so) and it'll really sing.
