Could i use a head from a B27 on a B25 if i install the cam from the B25 into the B27 head ?

Or are the heads the same apart from a different cam profile ?
Pete don't care about colour, He would shag a rainbow if he could find the end of it....

The B25 cam has 7 bearings think the B27 has 4.
Also the 2.7 head has the small ports and single valve springs.
