Which turbo?

Im currently looking at a Garrett T04E, T4 flange,AR is 60 .(ebay)

For a m20 project is this ok, im looking for 300bhp with Minimal lag.

Believe it is off a single turbo rx7.

Please can you help asap as auction ends in 1hr.

internal or external w/gate ?

Size wise seems about right, should spool as you require, power about right too, possibly make a bit over your target.

the T4 flange makes life a little harder, but if you're Diying the manifold, not a real issue

Cheers dude, the mani will probably be a diy job or diy adaptor pipe off standard mani so should be ok.
