Engine swap advise

Ive just got a 325i se to strip (will be in the for sale section soon) and the engine feels so much nicer than mine.
What is involved in swapping the engines over as they are both 325i (I will also swap ECU's as the scrapper has been superchipped).

supershits are wank, sell on ebay and use the £Â£ to buy a good chip like the zone one

325i - 325i is a piece of piss done in a day

I already have a zone chip but this engine and chip just feel so much better.
