Balls

Is it going to be cheaper to get another engine or replace the head?

Like James says, probably will be easier and cheaper to get a complete engine than trying to find a garaunteed head.
Am I right in thinking the head sets are mega money aswell?

Sounds about right. I was thinking about £300 for a refurb head with guarantee.
You will need the loom and ECU from the new engine
