apart from obvious stuff like fabbing engine mounts and sorting exhaust, is most of it plug and play?

for instance can i retain the 325i rad? gearbox?

what about loom and ECU?

basically i wanna see a comprhensive list if bits needed/modified

cheers guys

and yes i know theres a million posts on the subject buut the info is scattered thru 896 pages!

You will need the m30 gearbox, loom and ECU, the down pipes can be mated to the 325 exhaust. I would use the e28 535 rad with elec fan. you will need the M3 prop or get yours modded.

And I fitted a MK1 golf servo so I could move the engine over so there was more clearance between the exhaust mainfold and the steering linkage.

it's a quite a read!

there's a lot more on there too from others who have just done the conversion.

good luck mate, it's WELL worth it!
