I made mine from 1 1/4" tube if I recall correctly (incidentally the same diameter as BMW used for the E36 M3 Evo engine manifolds by pure coincidence), but mine are 3into1 designs.

1 1/4" for the primary pipes surely??
The 'log' section would need to be bigger wouldnt it?

Yeah 32mm for the primary pipes off the head.
The log would need be to bigger, but I would only be guessing as to what size it needs to be - it could also depend on the choice of turbo???
You could ask Ant what the size/dimensions of the BBR manifold are.

If you need the flanges making for the head and the turbo I can laser cut them for you. I already have T3 flanges drawn so all i'd need is a exhaust manifold gasket and I can knock some out from mild steel up to 10mm thick. (as long as you are using a T3 that is.....)
PM me if you are interested.
