320i into a 325i how hard???

want to replace my 1988 320i 6 cyl with a faster 325 lump...what sort of work is involved... would it be a straight swap or would i have to change diff, props, gerabox, electrics etc??????

help me go faster!!!!!

alrite mate i had the same idea as you, ive taken my 320i engine out and am putting in the 325i lump at the wkend, ive bought a 3:64 lsd to go on the back for a bit of fun! you can run it off the normal diff but dont know how long it will last. im running mine off my old gearbox aswell. hope that helps a little bit mate.
