Looks cool take it you moved the alternator to?

What size pulley are you running now?

Looks bling, something Ben would be proud of i'm sure :D

A few questions for you to hopefully help you and me.

Is it running bigger injectors or the standard 325 ones? Standard ones will not cope after about 4500rpm if its anything like my turbo in the early stage. But i'm sure you already know this from your m30 turbo

Why is it running two dump valves, I do like the fact they are re-circ's though, very sleeper.

Whats adding extra fuel if anything, are you still living it up on motronic?

And the question to help me...

Also where did you get that air filter sock from, i think i need one of them.

its running standern injecters but with a single extra mappable piggyback, might get rid of abs for bigger air,it needs twin recir dump valve as it helps it run better

Im running single recirc and one to atmos only open when throttle closed!
I take it there is no clutch on your charger i would have moved the throttle body upstream of the charger as when you start trying to run more boost you will get all sort of problems with pipes popping ect

As for the pulleys im looking into making up a few as theres been a bit of interest recently. just waiting on some prices

When i actually get my 325 tourer running properly(serious missfire probs at the mo) i plan on slapping a dirty big supercharger on.

As a result i have a couple of questions i would like to ask. There are plenty of people who can give you advice on turbo mods but not too many on the charger front. Right here we go: -

What charger have you used?

How does that arrangement of the AFM work? Is it situated before the charger?( cant work out where the pipes go, sorry).

Did you get a pully made up and fitted to the crank for the charger?

Cheers

I have used an M62 from a merc but an M90 or equiv will do.

Yes it runs AIRFILTER-AFM-S/C-T/B. but you have other options

I like it dips, I like it a lot.

Cant condone the motronic though dude, opportuinty lost there mate, the piggyback can see the boost and up the fuelling but with nothing to retard the ignition she will be prone to pinking, any intercooler in the loop dude ?

good stuff though, didn't realise you'd got this far already dude

Get yourself a chargecooler instead of an intercooler they are a lot more effective as the air doesnt really get that hot on superchargers so you need extra cooling to get a big difference.

Iv seen these fitted to G40s and G60's they use water to cool the air it makes a massive difference.

Ps cheers for the info, im really fancying this project. I always wanted to supercharge one ever since i drove my mates G40 the sound is quality!

Only problem is that chargcoolers are expensive and few and far between.

looks great i always like the supercharger route as aposed to the turbo. I think your pinking problem is due to the poor fuel injectors. add m30 or m50 injectors and an ajt. fuel reg. that should fix it up.
