i got a prestine condt.... 316i auto whats easyer 1.8 or 2l swap, can i keep my auto box or will i need to put manualbox in to.
i dont mind ditchin the box but i got a knocking on mine and need to change engine wanna up grade but not too much bother. i swaped the 316 engine i had inthere pretty stright forward. so will both swaps need new loom or will any just unbolt and bolt up its a g reg please help many thanks.
