swap S50 to S54?

is it worth selling my S50(e36 3 litre) engine and fitting a S54(e46 3.2) engine

would i see a great difference? is the wiring much different to the s50?

also how much is a s50 with new shells and arp bolts worth

while asking how much are second hand AKG engine mounts worth?(less than a year old / 2000 miles)
