Megasquirt wiring

I have the ecu from Chu346 old setup which was running boost.

bit confused on the wiring, its a MS1 v3 board i think it was running ms2 extra code.

the cables loose are:

On the 37 pin connector, pins 25, 27, 29, 31 and 36 have loose cables coming out of them.

Underneath the PCB there is a fet transistor 3 legs on it,
There's a red cable and resistor from the leg to JS2 on the left leg, in the middle there is a cable lose and on the right leg a black going to the ground above the proto area.

There is also a connection from +5v above the proto area to JS9 (+12C) to a loose cable.

If you could help me further on this as I'm stuck what goes where.

he did have boost control, i think he had wasted spark at the time and was trying to get the icv to run. I want to no how to wire them in.

where does the air intake temp plug into?
