Has anyone got their boost pressure being controlled by their ECU?

I'm trying to find out which boost control solenoids are cheap and reliable, plus compatible with the Emerald ECU.

Might be a way to more midrange power if they can map the boost levels :)

Cheers!

Not me, manual stylee mate :D

I would be lieing if I said I havent been looking at incar adjustable ones tho, but ecu controlled could be a thought also.....

How does the twin setup work out then? Does it self-equalise the pressure for even spread or do you have to set them up individually?

Mark.

Well I had thought they'd need to be done seperately, but it seems that both actuators can be connected to the same solenoid valve and the ECU can then regulate the pressure generated by both :)

I'm hoping that mapped boost should give more midrange grunt as the engine should be able to tolerate more boost at lower speeds, dwindling down to 7psi at the top end :)
