324td manifold for turbo M20 - want one?

I've got a friend who is breaking a 324td, and the manifold is up for grabs.

If someone wants it, show your interest and I'll go through the proper zone channels by making a for sale thread elsewhere. Please use this thread to discuss the merits or failings of the manifold, for future reference.

Pros: Fits the M20 head, and has a flange for a T3 turbo

Cons: Turbos on the 324td usually mount under the manifold, not above, so presumably this one would have to be turned upside down.

but without much clearance for a bigger turbo:
