what is the oil capacity? any sites online with engine torque specs? Who burns chips for them? Is there a registry here of s50 swaps? I checked the s50 forum, there was only 1 post

Oil capacity depend on oil cooler used.. Mine was about 6L inc cooler iirc, but I also have an extra wing welded onto my sump

There are chips on ebay.de. People like H&H do also

i'm having trouble wiring up my temp gauge. anyone know of a wiring diagram online for the euro s50 harness?

Temp gauge should work automatically if the c101 is done correctly and you have installed a brown M20 temp sender.. Do you have a B30 or B32?

3.0. wire for temp gauge was in pin 12 on motor harness but 11 on body harness, so I amended that.

anyone have the last 7 of the vin for an s50b30 powered car? It's an unnecessary pain entering all the info on realoem trying to get part numbers

Oil capacity depends on which sump you use, for example, if you fit a 525i sump to an S50 dont go looking up the filling capacity for an E36 M3

E34 sump with filter housing holds 6.5 ish litres, oil cooler will be even more

Pin 4 of the C101 is for the temp gauge, should be a Brown/Violet wire
