looking to do a conversion in the new year to something along the lines of an s50 3.2 evo . apart from the obvious engine, gearbox, brain , exhaust, what else do i need to make this happen . has anyone done this already ? would appreciate any help ....

on top of the things you mentioned. brake servo, custom manifold, engine mounts, e34 sump and pick up, propshaft, diff and...... deep pockets. this is only the start!! dont forget the suspension and (note to self) brakes!!!
