just a quick question, will a 93 k registered 5 series have ews?

Date of first registration 31/12/93

ews was introduced in 1995 iirc

Unlikely to have EWS,and probably a non-vanos as well.

nah it is does have vanos, seems like ews won't be present though, but was told along the way that it was introduced in 93

'93 K won't have EWS, but even if you find a later M50 with EWS, a red label 413 ECU can be obtained cheaply enough to replace the silver label one if necessary.
