yo deano
there certainly are bolt on kits avaliable if you look about i.e this
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Turbo-Ki ... ccessories
but from what i've heard an know about ebay the quality will not be great , also its not complete as you will need an engine management system such as the popular megasquirt and probably a few other things too !!!
as for the "bolt on" - nothing is that easy when it comes to forced injection but if you are shit hot with the spanner or have a big wallet the skies the limit !!!
the search option is great if you want to know more !
good luck

This makes no sense... unless you have a very impressive supercharger setup?
No you don't do you.

Anyway, back to the OP's question.
You could turbo the 320 but it is a lot of work and money to get it all done and working, it would be a revvy little bugger too but most people spend a little extra and do it to the later low compression 2.5, it has a better combustion chamber design and can take about 10psi of boost as a fully standard engine which with the right turbo/cam/mapping should be about 300bhp, more than enough to make things very interesting but with scope for more later with lowered compression
