Now that my exams are finished I'm hoping to make a start on my engine swap.

The engine that is coming out is a M20B20 auto - Jetronic with cold start injector.

The engine that is going in is a high comp M20B25 manual from an '88 car.

I've got/ordered all the bits that I think are necessary for the swap. The only things that are troubling me are the pipework for the cooling/heaters and the fuel delivery system.

Re the heather pipes - will there be any problems here between the old B20 and the replacement 2.5? For example the 2.5 came out of a car with aircon, which I'm not installing. Am I right in thinking the radiator is different on aircon cars? If I don't use the aircon radiator, will the pipes be the wrong length?

Re the fuel delivery - I'm assuming that the fuel pipe on the 320 will split at some point to provide fuel to the cold start injector - or does the feed for that come from the rail (I'm not near either engine at the moment so I can't check)?

Any pointers for possible probs and their solutions would be appreciated! Or should I stop trying to anticipate things and just start pulling things apart?!
