ive got a eaton 45 charger (of a cooper s worx) with a 16% lighter pully on sitting dormant in my garage, has anybody fitted one before?
fitting doesnt look a problem, as i can machine brackets ect i just acctuly wonderd if it would work or not... help would be appreatiated cheers gra

probably far too small, considering the CC size of the mini engine.

Bit on the small side for a 2.5 in my opinion its abit small for the m42 realy if you want good gains, to create any decent boost the charge temps go very high then you've got mess about trying to cool it down, so you cant go with the manifold mount bracket easy.

Better to look for an m90 an run it slower.

o.k so m90 charger, ive got a front mount, pipework wont be a prob either, injectors?
cheers for the help guys, im new to chargeing, ive turbo'd afew hondas before.

on a standard engine with just the charger bolts on and nothing else at all it ran 235 bhp ,i think with extra fuel.chip.intercooler a nd maybe a smaller puller easy 300 bhp could have been done,the only other thing i had to do is change the head bolts
