How much can the M20/b25 propshaft take before it twists or breaks?
Also how does the guibo & donut hold out?

erm the guy with the tt supra engined e30 had some trouble with the splines i think !

the rubber donuts are useless, they dont take much abuse before they break! the prop shouldnt break before the donut

my props ok with 330.it should be about 300lbft as well. i dont have the rubber doughnut fitted though.

I have the ZF gearbox from a 328i/3.0 M3 fitted with a 328i proshaft. The prop sports a much larger doughnut and the gearboxes are supposed to be very strong. They fit easily to M40/M50/S50 engines, on the M20's they'd probably have to sit at a slightly different angle meaning tweaking the gearshift and mounts.
Worth consideration but the M20 prop shouldn't break till you run ridiculous torque.
