Anything is possible
Running twins is a more difficult approach to it with exhaust manifold and downpipes and intercooler plumbing.
Or are you on about running just the bigger turbo out of the 2? Toyota turbos have their own flange design I believe, so you'll need an adaptor plate making up I would have thought.
Do you know what you are in for with the turbo conversion?

Supra twin turbos have 2 identical turbos with a sequential action.
Just one of them would be too small for a 325.
Twin turbo setup is rather complex.
The Holset H1C can be picked up cheaply on ebay and will give you as much power as you want.
