auto to manual

could anyone tell me if it would be difficult to swap a 325 auto box for a manual as the car i have seen to buy is an auto and would prefer a manual.

Nothing really difficult. You need:
'Box / gear Linakge & Lever / Gaiter & Knob
Flywheel / Clutch / Spigot Bearing
Pedal box / Clutch Master and Slave Cylinders / Piping
And some time.
