If you have any pics of what type of intercooler you fitted to you car and how you fitted it in can you please post them up? Ive got a few but i'm trying to work out the max size i can fit in without swopping to a aftermarket style front bumper.

Like this
I've made a bracket to support it from the top but never welded it in, it's trapped between valence and the bar in front of the rad.
When the weather warms I'm gonna spin it over and mount iy upside down, run pipes through and up and restore full beams.
I've had too many near misses now due to me flashing people and them not seeing me, cos I haven't got any!!
Matt, did I email you the pics from mine?

Perticually like this one, like fozzy's but upside down think i might just buy one of these instead and a new valance to cut up, £100 job done and 450+ capabiltiy cant go wrong.

It's a ebay special, although I got it from a James ( M50B25 Turbo ) he was upgrading so we did a deal.
3 inch in/out, 60mm thick, no idea on LxW, measure between the bumper irons
With no valence on you have load of room, you could mount it at any height, either way, I'd suggest seeing if you can get it to sit level with the lower brace as lines up with the lower air slot in the valence, then chop straight up to the bumper, you'll get good flow to the centre of the IC. If you want more airflow then maybe go for a longer/thinner IC that can run under the bumper, for max flow with either IC you'll need to be cutting some metal off. ( I throughly enjoyed doing mine, increasing performance while decreasing weight, nice. )

Why bother and take the chance of it blowing apart and sending plastic and shit into the engine, for the money these are it's worth it IMO. Doubt we'll ever outgrow them and they're made well plus I've been buying of Jon (800bhp) for years, he's a good supplier and I'm sure an email would see you a few quid saved as he's a petrolhead himself and loves boost! He sells other bits for e30's too, braces, shifters, etc.
