Right... the engine has been pushed further back!! there were 2 positions (holes) on the mount.. so i undone the nuts, jacked the engine up and pushed the engine back a bit further!... ive now managed to get a radiator in from a E34 535...
.. Just my prop and zaust to go now, oh, and a diff..
got some nice 15" BBS's for her and mint black leathers..

Just what i needed to know today as i got mine into the last position on nthe mounts this afternoon.Have you changed the bottom right rad mount to a 325 one or have you left it as it is, I might groove a notch in mine just to let it sit in a bit further.

If you Got "Haters",Then your doing something Right!

And, how was it, any issues with electrics??? and was you spinning the rears all the time??
As to how much for the prop, got to find out yet as it's mine but not sure how much i'll be paying for it.

it was only a slow gentle trip around the flat (well the building). im missing an exhaust gasket so the middle section was not bolted up tight and the tyres are almost flat so it really was a test run.rav320uk wrote:And, how was it, any issues with electrics??? and was you spinning the rears all the time??

ran sweet, now its got a m30 chip in it (speedtouch
jaffro was a good man and picked up the gasket so i will be able to take it out and get the tyres pumped up.

oh no mate not tonight, its no car night
thanks for the offer though.
im in no rush to drive it for some reason? i think im scared of mot time and gutted about missing the pod
about the prop. I had a prop with m30 front and m20 back but its made for position 2 and not 3. so it wont fit my touring as my engine could not get any further back.
jaffro said you can change the output shaft on the gearbox of the m30 to a m20 one (325i) and use a 325i prop. worked a treat
im selling my prop and exhaust to kami. i have been waiting to get it to him for ages.
