320 with dizzy to 325 motronic,is it possible

ive been welding a 325 basic spec,no sunroof electric windows pas etc.ive just got hold of a 320 auto with the m20 but with a distributer.this has e/w,pas/cdl,sunroof etc.also its a metal bumper car with no rust at all. can i fit the engine and manual box from the 325 to the 320.the325 is a plastic bumper car with the projector headlights but no smileys.both are e reg.the 320 has painted metal bumpers in body colour and black window trim,looks quite smart.the main issue i want to know about is the engine wiring and swopping the pedals.has any one done this,any advice welcome......cheers dave

So one is pre face lift and 'tother facelift? You will need the complete managment system from one to fit to the other...so the 325 facelift motor/box will drop into the pre facelift 320 but you will need to swap in the ECU and the engine loom.You will have to do somethimg for your left foot to play with as well and there will be a starter inhibitor in the auto's gearbox loom to play with as well.Nothing that a Vauxhall man cannot sort out...
