The threads a bit behind...I've since cut the arm off the pedal assembly and re-welded it on further along near the end of the 'tube' since, so it now directly lines up with the Clio clevis. Kept the same arm length so the pedal ratio remains the same.
If the inner arch wasn't a restriction I would have had the servo another 20mm over so that would not be required, then it would line up straight away. BUT, the problem is if you go further 'out' towards the inner arch, you have the restriction of the actual suspension turret being in the way. Where mine is now you only have approx 220mm of room to fit a servo/MC, that would drop another 30mm+ if you went further out. I suppose you could move the pedalbox backwards, but again = more time and more fab work.
I think the picture makes the height look different than it is, the height of the servo was decided based on two things - Holding the pedal at half travel and seeing where the arm was (which the clevis comes through level with), and how much room I had against the inner arch. I.e. the lower the servo goes the more of the arch has to be modified, the higher it goes the more of the bulkhead would need modifying. I just took a compromise.
I couldn't be bothered cutting the inner arch out (or the whole bulkhead section) as I just didn't have the time to do it when I went ahead with it.As mentioned the original plan was to bin the entire servo/MC setup, but considering I was working to a deadline I just moved the servo - If at the time I knew i would have had more time with it I would have cut the inner arch/bulkhead and re-done the whole thing.
If I get time to go to the unit this week I will get some pictures of the finished setup using the BM-75 MC and the (full clevis length) Clio servo, so it can be seen how the 'arm' has been moved over. It seems to work fine, the test will be when I get it back out there - if its an issue I will just bin the whole thing off, weld the bulkhead up solid and put a pedal box in like originally planned. I only moved the servo/mc due to time constraints.

They are a very tight fit in the seal, just as I wanted them to be. The push fit is for an 8mm pipe (as most OEM remote setups seem to be around this) with a small barb on the end. Obviously the 172 reservoir was now useless, as I needed to find one that would fit in the space I had to the top right of the engine bay, and have push fitting pipes. After more searching, I found Mk2 Punto's have a remote reservoir setup. Nipped down to the scrap yard over the weekend and managed to get one...
Even better that it has 3 outputs, as the third can be used on my clutch which is a push fit as standard on the E30 anyway.
As can be seen above, it fits well in the engine bay and just needs a small 90 degree bracket making to support it before plumbing in.

Picked up a punto header at the weekend as my other solution is out of stock till later in the year.
used the punto rubber seal and push fitting and they seem to fit in my master cylinder well!
Just need to re wire the plug to get the warning light to go off.

I hadn't signed in since the first PM, you could have seen that by checking my last activity time. I've replied now anyhow.
Crossie - good news! glad you got it sorted. Not much else has happened since I moved the servo, got some other things going on at the moment and I'm probably going to break the car, already got interest in the S15 bits I think. I'm loosing the use of the lockup amongst other things so its looking like its going to have to take a back seat for a while!
