You'll be needing to add an external wastegate to your list of parts to run that turbo mate.

i think thats the fitment for an rs turbo by the looks of the way the turbo elbow fitment is. the best way to fit that cooler is to cut the small take off pipe off and ally weld a plate flush to the coolerand where the mounting brackets are for the cooler, cut the back bits off (the supports)leaving just the small uprights of the brackets so they are adjasent to the cooler, then once a hole is cut in the front panels it will bolt straight to the front panel. the only thing i had to do was behind the front panel there is a cross bar, i cut it out and welded an angle iron in place to lower the cross brace to allow the cooler pipes to pass through.

Timings been retarded a bit and she starts on the turn so, so far so good.
Gonna get to the engineer to try and get a flange made up for the hotside and as Spadge suggested Im gonna go with the external wastegate.

We need to strap on the intercooler and then fabricate the downpipe and complete the piping.
