Ok, here's one - if I get the MAF kit for 320, would I be able to use it in case I swapped engine/car for 325 or would that require buying the whole thing again?

No, you can send the existing chip back to be re-programmed, or get them to do you another one. They do a 'MAF tuner's kit' too which I presume allows you to program the thing yourself using a laptop. http://www.millerperformancecars.com/m20tunerskit.html

What about these guys? Apparently they convert the voltage outpup range on the MAF to AFM range so that you can you use the existing chip!

The split second units do deliver on their promise, however you'll spend many hours, or mucho £Â£Ã‚£ getting it to run correctly
more intended for systems like Fords EECIV setup that are not mappable, hence the abundance of piggy back units on the market, I believe most of the later JDM stuff is on the same boat.
Once the test unit comes froom Miller, I'll test and plotthe far's back to back, they assuming all is as promised, I'll get before and after dynos done.

Out of interest, I ran a Google search on the part no. of the MAF sensor on my Miller MAF; it's apparently sourced from a Ford Lightning (big Yankee V8 pick-up truck!)...
