General Question ... RE Engine conversions

I've searched through the "engine swap" section and i'm very confused.

m20 dooobry 79866 e365 ? ?? ?

I have a E30 320i cab, IMO it cant pull the skin off of a rice pudding!

I have the friends, support and Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£ for a engine conversion. To me the 1st obvious one is the 325i I assume?

Whats next? I dont fancy turbo, or a conversion with too many special made parts.

325i, but with the 24 valve M50 from the E36/E34.

If you look at the top of this forum, you'll see a "M50 developments" thread.
This will keep you occupied for a couple of days reading through and understanding it, and then you will know most of what there is to know about fitting the M5x/S5x engines.
